As the business continues to evolve, reward is becoming an increasingly important part of the agenda, creating an opportunity for someoneto genuinely influence how performance is recognised and rewarded across the organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping bonus and incentive programmes, using data and insight to support business decisions and challenge traditional approaches to reward. A particular focus will be helping the business move beyond purely company-wide performance measures and explore newways of recognising individual and team contribution. What you'll be doing Leading reward analysis,modelling and bonus calculations Supporting the design and development of incentive schemes Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business Providing data-driven reward insights and recommendations Translating complex reward information into practical business decisions Contributing to a number of exciting reward projects during a period of transformation About you You'll likely comefrom a Reward background and be comfortable balancing technical reward expertise with strong stakeholder management.
