This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Associate, with experrience of working in the financial services sector, to join a high-performing, innovative organization operating within a rapidly evolving sector. The successful candidate will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, whilst also taking ownership of HR systems, data and process optimization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Associate, with experrience of working in the financial services sector, to join a high-performing, innovative organization operating within a rapidly evolving sector. The successful candidate will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, whilst also taking ownership of HR systems, data and process optimization.
The roleReporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and working closely with the wider People team, you will provide broad HR operations support across performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits and employee relations.
A key element of the role will be acting as the HRIS super-user, taking ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of the HR system. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system functionality and use data to drive greater efficiency across the People function.
You will also support Talent Acquisition activity, including candidate screening, interview coordination, agency management and recruitment reporting, whilst contributing to wider People projects and initiatives.

, providing exposure to a broad range of HR disciplines and the opportunity to develop commercially focused HR partnering skills. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain increasing exposure to stakeholders, employee relations, organizational development and strategic People initiatives as your career progresses.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, documentation and day-to-day HR queries.
- Act as the HRIS super-user, maintaining accurate employee data, supporting users and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows.
- Support HR compliance, including data audits, GDPR requirements and pre-employment checks.
- Provide HR reporting and data analysis across areas including headcount, absence, turnover and recruitment.
- Support the Talent Acquisition process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, agency management and maintaining the ATS.
- Assist with payroll, benefits and annual remuneration processes, ensuring records and supporting documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including the company's online learning platform and wider capability programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters, handling sensitive information with discretion and supporting the preparation of relevant documentation.
- Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Head of People.
