** Specific Responsibilities:
*** Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, offering timely advice to colleagues via the AskHR portal and additional mailboxes across the Europe and Asia Pacific region
* Manage end-to-end processes, from onboarding to termination and lifecycle transactions, with a commitment to continuous improvement
* Leave of absence advice and administration – guiding employees through the company family friendly policies (i.e. maternity, paternity, shared parental leave)
* Partner with key stakeholders across the HR function (HR Business Partners, Payroll), ensuring HR systems are up to date, and processes are aligned
* Manage global mobility actions for those travelling to and from our regions
* Manage internal and external audit requests and escalate as required
* Participate in annual HR activities, year-end compensation, regulatory obligations under Senior Managers Certification Regime (SMCR), Individual Accountability Regime (IAF) and equivalent regulatory bodies in other regions as required
* Actively participate in regional or global projects dedicated to enhancing efficiency and process design
* Actively participate in the implementation of legislative and regulatory change across processes and supporting standard operating procedures
** Skills and Experience
*** Demonstrable experience of HR administration
* Experience and or understanding of a regulated firm
* Excellent communication skills
* Workday experience (essential)
* MS Excel experience
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations appropriately
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Collaborative and agile work ethic
* Ability to run with a number of tasks concurrently
