As an associate Recruiter at HIA Legal, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of legal recruitment, working closely with prestigious law firms and innovative in-house teams in the UK and US. This is not just about filling roles - it’s about building relationships, understanding the legal market, and making a real impact on careers and businesses.

• Source and engage top-tier legal talent through creative and proactive methods.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide market intelligence (aided by our proprietary CRM and AI systems) to support hiring decisions and career moves.
• Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
• Grow your expertise in the legal sector with hands-on mentorship and training.

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a keen interest in recruitment and the legal / financial / tech sectors.
• A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an eye for building relationships

• A background in sport has historically been a good indicator of all of the above. Not essential but the majority of the office has an interest in sport which provides common ground but is also a good platform to learn the transferable skills we are looking for (as we are not looking for any specific experience).
