Cvent is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide HRBP coverage across Europe, APAC and the Middle East. You will be a trusted advisor to people leaders and support the delivery of the people agenda across multiple countries, working closely with HRBP peers globally.

• Partner with people leaders across the region, acting as a coach and sounding board on talent, performance, engagement and change.
• Work with the HRBP in supporting the implementation of Cvent's HR strategy.
• Collaborate with our HRBPs globally to uncover trends, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement across Cvent.
• Shape culture and engagement: interpret engagement results and drive practical actions with leaders.

• Advise people leaders on employee relations matters across the region, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary and grievance.
• Work in collaboration with Senior HRBPs to resolve complex issues.
• Work with Legal and HR COE’s to manage risk and ensure compliance with local employment law and internal policy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards while driving proactive HR solutions.
• Review and develop HR policies and ensure consistent, compliant application across countries.
• Support formal consultation processes where required.

• Support delivery of performance, promotion and recognition programmes, coaching managers through each step.
• Partner with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and People Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
