It is phone-heavy. You will speak to more tradespeople in a week than most people meet in a year, and you will know which ones are worth a call back.
What the work is- Find, call and sign up tradespeople across the trades and areas we need.
- Check the things that matter before anybody goes on site: insurance, qualifications, right to work.
- Keep the network warm, so a Friday afternoon emergency has somebody to go to.
- Keep every record in one place instead of a notebook.
- You have recruited, sourced or sold on the phone, and you are not afraid of the volume.
- You can tell a good tradesperson from a good talker.
- Organised enough to keep records nobody has to rebuild.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
