Rate: up to £380 a day Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid (3 days at london office)
A newly established national healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Workforce Manager/Recruitment & Mobilisation Lead to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation during a critical period of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage recruitment and workforce mobilisation plans.
- Coordinate recruitment activity with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Track vacancies from approval through to start date.
- Manage onboarding, induction and workforce readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with NHS Employment Check Standards and safer recruitment requirements.
- Maintain accurate workforce establishment and vacancy information.
- Produce recruitment and workforce performance reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Significant NHS recruitment, resourcing or workforce services experience.
- Strong knowledge of NHS Employment Checks and safer recruitment requirements.
- Experience delivering recruitment campaigns and onboarding programmes.
- Experience working with outsourced recruitment providers.
- Strong workforce planning and recruitment reporting capability.
