What does recruitment involve?Recruitment combines sales, relationship building and business development. You'll work with businesses looking to hire and candidates looking for their next opportunity, managing the process from initial conversations through to successful placements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Identifying and approaching potential candidates
Developing new business opportunities
Managing vacancies and coordinating interviews
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Growing your own network within a specialist market
£27,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission with no limit on your earning potential
