Are you an experienced HR Officer or HR Manager looking for your next opportunity within education?

We are currently working alongside a welcoming secondary school in North London seeking a dedicated and organised HR professional to join their team on a full-time basis.

The school is open to considering candidates at either HR Officer or HR Manager level, depending on experience, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day HR administration and processes.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff compliance.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
Managing staff absence, contracts and confidential documentation.
Providing HR advice and support to school leadership and staff.
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

The Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience working in an HR role.
School or education-based HR experience is desirable.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confident handling confidential and sensitive information.
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Available to start as soon as possible.
