Graduate Recruitment Consultant | London Based| £28,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission Have you graduated from University and want a career where your ambition directly impacts your success? Headhunting and sourcing candidates Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates Winning new business and developing existing accounts Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process Advising candidates and clients throughout the process Negotiating offers and closing deals Working towards personal and team targets Building your own network and developing market expertise You could be a great fit if you're:
Competitive and motivated by targets Confident speaking to new people and comfortable picking up the phone Ambitious and keen to progress quickly Resilient when things don't go to plan Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential Proactive and willing to put the work in Coachabl e and open to learning from experienced people Previous experience in sales, estate agency, hospitality, retail, sport or another target-driven environment is useful, but absolutely not essential.
