Frazer Jones People Operations & Benefits Manager London | Hybrid Working | 85,000 – 120,000 + Bonus + Benefits Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a People Operations & Benefits Manager into a pivotal role within its People function.

You will lead HR operations, benefits, payroll, systems and governance. This visible role will focus on operational excellence, strong controls and a seamless employee experience.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

· Collaborating with the People Operations team, managing priorities, performance and service delivery across all geographies.
· Drive improvements across HR processes, systems and the employee experience.
· Own Oracle HR administration, data integrity, system enhancements and management reporting.
· Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX controls, audit requirements and wider People governance.
· Manage outsourced providers, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and business continuity activity.
· Lead benefits, renewals, benchmarking, vendor relationships and flexible benefits enrolment.
· Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple territories.
· Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

About youWe are looking for an experienced HR Operations and Benefits professional who combines strong operational expertise with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. You will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a complex, regulated environment.

You will ideally bring:
· Significant People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services or People Services experience.
· Experience leading HR teams, including offshore or outsourced delivery models.
· Strong benefits administration, renewals, governance and vendor management expertise.
· HRIS experience, ideally Oracle HR or a comparable enterprise platform.
· Ideally exposure overseeing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
· Knowledge of GDPR, SOX controls, audit and risk requirements.
· Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement skills.
· Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.
