, Greater London acute Permanent People  Partner London | Hybrid Working (2 days onsite) | 65,000 - 70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Are you an experienced People Business Partner looking for an opportunity to influence business strategy while remaining close to operations?

We are seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support a large workforce across multiple sites. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping people strategy, developing leadership capability and creating an engaging, high-performing culture.

This is a broad and highly visible HR leadership role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organisational growth, workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Partner with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives

Lead talent reviews and succession planning activity

Coach and develop leaders to improve people management capability

Support workforce planning and organisational growth

Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law matters

Manage organisational change and transformation projects

Analyse people data and workforce metrics to drive business decisions

Deliver engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives

Support recruitment, onboarding and talent retention activities

The successful candidate will have:

Strong HR Business Partner experience ideally within a multi-site environment

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge

Experience managing complex employee relations cases

Talent management and succession planning expertise

Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability

Experience supporting organisational change and business growthA proactive, solutions-focused approach
