Brand & Community Associate

We seek a sharp, creative, and culturally tuned-in storyteller to lead Hourze’s brand voice across content and community. You'll thrive here if you live for movement-building, short-form storytelling, and making people feel seen. This is not just about managing posts. What you’ll do

Social Media & Community:

Own Hourze’s voice across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube

Plan and schedule content that builds resonance and community

Engage with early users and amplify their stories.

Content Creation:

Create short-form videos, carousels, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Repurpose founder content and launch moments into highly shareable formats.

Collaborate on branded storytelling that drives organic and viral growth.

Narrative & Brand Momentum:

Turn ideas, interviews, and product launches into magnetic storytelling

Help shape the brand tone, language, and content direction.

Spot trends and moments worth inserting the Hourze voice into

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or creative direction

Skilled in short-form video, storytelling, and creating native content for Tik Tok, IG, and Linked In

A creative eye for detail and the ability to produce visually compelling content.

Emotionally intelligent and deeply aligned with Hourze’s mission and voice

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A self-starter who can experiment, build in public, and grow a mission-driven brand

Bonus:
