Are you ready to lead the charge in building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that power global LSEG Risk Intelligence products? We're looking for a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to drive innovation, mentor engineers, and shape the future of our cloud‑native infrastructure.

• Automate full‑stack infrastructure using Terraform, Cloud Formation, and Git Ops workflows.
• Lead the design of CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab CI or Jenkins to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Champion Kubernetes‑based platforms using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh to build scalable, service‑oriented architectures.
• Drive observability and reliability engineering through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
• Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with development, security, and product teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and developer experience.

• Cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, Cloud Front, IAM, Cloud Watch, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code:
  Terraform, Cloud Formation
• Container orchestration:
  Kubernetes (EKS), Istio Service Mesh
• CI/CD tooling:
  Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• Scripting & automation:
  Bash/Shell, Python
• Security best practices: IAM, KMS, encryption in transit/at rest, Dev Sec Ops
• Monitoring & observability:
  Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar
• Agile & Dev Ops culture:
  Git Ops, SRE principles, Agile methodologies

• 6+ years in Dev Ops or platform engineering, with experience in a technical lead role.
• Proven experience designing and operating cloud‑native platforms at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• A passion for automation, developer enablement, and continuous delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
