We are recruiting multiple Braze-certified Platform Administrators / Campaign Builders for a leading, mass-media and telecommunications company.

You will configure, maintain, and optimise the Braze Customer Engagement Platform, working within cross-functional squads to build campaign journeys. This is a technical, hands-on role focused on turning marketing strategy into high-quality Braze builds.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Braze settings, integrations, APIs, SDKs
Manage user roles, permissions, and work spaces
Support marketing teams with journey planning and campaign execution
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance
Troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows
Build campaigns using Braze catalogues and follow briefs from planning teams

Required Skills

Full Braze certification
Strong experience building campaigns in Braze
Technical knowledge of integrations (APIs/SDKs)
Background in CRM and/or digital marketing
Understanding of campaign creation processesDesirable

SQL skills

Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
Understanding of data privacy regulations
