Data Officer / Knowledge & Information Management Lead – SC Cleared
We are seeking a skilled, security-cleared Data Officer / Knowledge & Information Management (KIM) Lead to support the design, implementation, and assurance of enterprise data management practices across critical programmes within our secure client environment.
You will work across teams to shape how sensitive information is collected, stored, protected, and shared, supporting mission-critical digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure information assets are classified, stored, and shared in accordance with data protection, retention and destruction policies.
Oversee the implementation of data lifecycle management and contribute to information assurance within secure digital delivery teams.
Ensure alignment to relevant frameworks and applicable HMG retention schedules.
Guide knowledge capture and reuse, especially during supplier transitions or service onboarding.
Champion best practice in metadata, records management, and document control, including Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).Essential Experience

Active SC Clearance
Demonstrable experience in data leadership or KIM roles within secure environments
Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality, metadata, and records management.
Experience implementing or overseeing data governance and knowledge/information strategies in multi-supplier environments.
Familiarity with secure document and records management platforms
