As a Senior Associate in L.E.K.’s Digital & AI team (D&A), you will help redefine how our case teams and clients leverage analytics and technology to solve their most complex challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend L.E.K.’s hallmark analytical rigor with emerging Data, Digital and AI capabilities to drive smarter, faster, and more scalable insights.

• Delivering project modules that apply and advance digital and analytical techniques
• Supporting case teams in identifying the right analytical questions, selecting data, digital and AI‑enabled approaches, and executing analyses that accelerate insight development
• Translating analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights that strengthen our strategic recommendations
• Collaborating with consultants to align digital solutions with project objectives
• Identifying opportunities to enhance workflows through new tools, automation, or analytical innovations
• Applying knowledge of data and AI practices

• Contributing to the sales process
