CRM Product Lead – Up to £75,000 – London (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced CRM Product Lead to take full ownership of Microsoft Dynamics across a fast-growing professional services organisation. This is a hybrid role based in London, ideal for a candidate comfortable working closely with both end-users and executive leadership.

• Take full ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs
• Drive adoption and engagement across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Lead onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing training tailored by role
• Act as Product Owner: gather requirements, manage backlog, and deliver roadmap features
• Collaborate with internal developers and third‑party partners to ensure high‑quality delivery
• Optimise system performance, data integrity, and integration with tools like ATS and Finance systems
• Establish CRM best practices, standards, and documentation across the organisation
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure CRM supports business objectives and decision‑making

• Extensive experience implementing and scaling Microsoft Dynamics in a professional services environment
• Proven track record driving adoption, change management, and user engagement
• Hands‑on approach; comfortable engaging with end‑users and executive leadership alike
• Strong technical and strategic acumen, capable of translating business processes into system specifications
• Experience with integrations, data governance, and system optimisation
• Confident engaging with commercial and financial metrics to inform decisions
• Experience in private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments is a plus
• Must be based in London and able to work in the office 4 days per week

• Up to £75,000 per annum
• London-based (hybrid: 4 days office / 1 remote)
