My client a leading global tech company is looking for an experienced UX Designer to join a dynamic team and help shape the future of digital experiences for the Developer Platform Portal. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global technology leader on high-impact projects.

Position Overview

As an experienced UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. You'll lead the end-to-end UX process, ensuring solutions meet user needs while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full UX design lifecycle, from discovery and research through to prototyping and delivery.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights.
Translate findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers for seamless execution.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the process.
Continuously improve products based on analytics and user feedback.
Mentor junior designers and help shape design standards within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in UX design with a strong portfolio (web applications, portal workflows preferred).
Expertise in user research, persona creation, journey mapping, and usability testing.
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Passion for user-centred design and attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes

Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
Background in large-scale platform or portal UX design.
