We're looking for a Programme Manager to work closely with our customers and lead software delivery programs that showcase Trading Hub’s product capabilities. As part of the Professional Services team, you'll collaborate with our finance SMEs to ensure we provide a best-in-class service to our customers. This role is responsible for ensuring work packages are delivered on time and to specification, whilst adhering to company project standards and minimising risk exposure.

Successful candidates will combine their financial markets knowledge with excellent delivery skills, prioritisation and troubleshooting.

• Run project management for end-to-end solutions, integration and software implementation, ensuring successful delivery and transition to BAU support
• Drive stakeholder engagement with senior internal and external partners to ensure project success and clear communication
• Provide hands‑on execution support by participating in deployment activities, running data processes and troubleshooting with the technical team
• Oversee timeline and resource management, tracking progress to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Implement methodologies and best practices to meet customer demands and evolving business needs
• Support risk management by identifying and mitigating business and operational risks related to project delivery

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end software implementations and technical project delivery
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Great interpersonal skills with noted experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• Interest in supporting technical tasks such as system configuration, running data batches and troubleshooting implementation issues
• Understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows or market data processing
• Time management and delegation skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work effectively
• Basic skills in a programming/scripting language such as SQL, Python, C#
