We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director SAP Consulting to play a senior role in our clients SAP advisory, implementation, and transformation services practice.

• Provide strategic leadership for the SAP consulting function, defining vision, capability roadmap, and service offerings.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major SAP programmes (ECC → S/4
  
  HANA transformations, module implementations, integrations, and optimisations).
• Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing SAP consulting team across functional and technical domains.
• Act as executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, value delivery, and satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, resource planning, forecasting, and utilisation.
• Drive pre‑sales activity, solution design, proposals, and RFP responses to grow the SAP pipeline.
• Ensure delivery governance, best‑practice frameworks, and quality assurance across all SAP engagements.
• Stay abreast of SAP product evolution, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide clients’ digital strategies.

• 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or practice management roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑module SAP programmes (preferably S/4
  
  HANA).
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L for a consulting practice.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive capability development.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and transformation methodologies.
