Google Workspace​/Agent Space Engineer

We are looking for a Google Workspace / Agent Space Engineer to administer, automate, and secure collaboration and productivity platforms across the organization. This role ensures secure identity, access controls, and reliable service operations.

The candidate will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to maintain a strong governanceposture.

• Demonstrate expertise in Google Workspace administration with a strong focus on identity, access, and security governance.
• Manage users, groups, Gmail, Drive, Vault, endpoint policies, and collaboration tools.
• Implement security controls, DLP policies, access restrictions, and compliance configurations.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using APIs, scripts, and admin tools.
• Monitor system health, performance, and licensing optimization.
• Troubleshoot Workspace and Agent Space platform issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Integrate Workspace with IAM, SSO, and third-party SaaS tools.
• Maintain Workspace documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical guides.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of Google Workspace administration experience.
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, OAuth, API integrations, and directory management.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, Apps Script) preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS security and compliance practices.
