Position: ServiceNow Programme Manager (Contract)
Service Now Programme Manager/ Outside IR35/ Fully Remote / 6 Month Contract (possible extension)

The Service Now Programme Manager provides end‑to‑end leadership for large, multi‑tower Service Now transformation programmes, shaping delivery strategy, overseeing governance, managing financials, and ensuring successful execution across cross‑functional onshore and offshore teams. The role acts as a strategic interface between the programme team and the client, serving as an influential expert with strong Service Now knowledge. They build deep understanding of the client’s organisation and develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders with differing priorities

Key Responsibilities ;

Act as primary executive contact for stakeholders across IT, Operations, HR and Security.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Service Now implementations across multiple modules.
Establish programme governance, including steering committees and reporting.
Manage RAID, dependencies, release planning, and multi-supplier coordination.
Oversee programme financials, forecasting, margins, and change control.
Lead onshore/offshore teams leveraging Cognizant’s Global Delivery Model.
Ensure alignment to Service Now and Cognizant delivery best practices.
Build long-term stakeholder relationships and maintain open communication

Essential

Skills:

Strong background in leading large Service Now transformation programmes.
Deep knowledge of Service Now architecture and modules.
Skilled in global delivery and multivendor management.
Strong governance, financial, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to secure stakeholder buyin and understand client business needs.
Experience in requirements gathering and identifying new growth opportunities.
Clear communication of technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong client support and awareness of industry trends.

Knowledge of UK healthcare / government standards and compliance
