Dev Sec Ops  Engineer (Microsoft Azure) We are supporting a large, complex organisation in appointing an experienced Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to design, build, and support secure, automated deployment pipelines across a Microsoft Azure technology estate. This is a hands-on contract role, well suited to someone with strong Azure Dev Sec Ops  experience who enjoys working collaboratively across engineering, cloud operations, and security teams.

Location:

London - hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite) Rate: TBC (competitive, dependent on experience)

Initial 3 months

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and support Dev Sec Ops  pipelines for both custom-built and package-based systems
Enable secure, automated, and repeatable deployments across the Azure landscape
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating build, deployment, and environment provisioning
Develop scripts and tools to improve automation and operational efficiency
Support implementation rehearsals, releases, upgrades, and live deployments
Monitor pipeline performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
Support configuration and management of development, test, UAT, and production environments
Work closely with Cloud Operations, Security, Customer Success, and third-party suppliers
Stay up to date with Dev Sec Ops  tooling and recommend continuous improvements
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines
Strong scripting skills (Power Shell, Python, and/or Bash)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Infrastructure as Code experience (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)
Containerisation and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with monitoring and logging tools in cloud environments
Experience working with third-party suppliers
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Working Pattern & Values

Hybrid working - minimum three days per week onsite in London
