Service Now SME
+Fully remote
+3-6 months +

+£525 - £550 a day
We're seeking an experienced Service Now Subject Matter Expert to support a large-scale greenfield ITSM deployment, replacing an existing Service Now implementation.
You'll play a key role in designing and implementing IT Catalog items with workflow automation, helping to translate current catalogue requests and business requirements into a new Service Now environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead implementation of IT Catalog items using Workflow and Flow Designer
Support delivery of a greenfield Service Now ITSM deployment
Translate existing catalogue requests and requirements into the new platform
Provide SME-level guidance across the Service Now implementation
Key skills & experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM
Proven implementation expertise in IT Catalog, Workflow and Flow Designer
Experience delivering complex, large enterprise Service Now deployments
Ability to bridge business requirements into technical solutions
