The opportunityWe're looking for a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to establish and scale paid media as a core growth channel 'll be the driving force behind our paid strategy—from Google Ads to Linked In, Instagram, and beyond—while building the foundation for sustainable, data-driven acquisition.
This is a high-impact role where you'll own the entire paid funnel: strategy, execution, experimentation, and optimization. You'll work cross-functionally with design, content, and demand generation to launch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
What You'll OwnPaid Media Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute our paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Instagram, with the flexibility to test emerging channels
- Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign performance across all paid channels
- Launch rapid experiments to identify winning tactics, creative angles, and audience segments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with design and content teams to create high-performing ad assets (, video, carousel)
- Work closely with demand generation to ensure paid campaigns align with broader campaign strategies and funnel objectives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing ops to optimize lead scoring, routing, and conversion tracking
Sponsor ships & Newsletter Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage paid sponsor ships and newsletter placements that drive brand awareness and qualified leads
- Test and optimize sponsorship performance to build a repeatable playbook
Measurement & Optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and pipeline contribution
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data—creative, targeting, landing pages, and messaging
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership on paid media performance and growth opportunities
Website Ownership, Optimization & SEO
- Own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and roadmap for the 9fin website as a primary demand and trial-generation engine
- Lead continuous experimentation across UX, site architecture, CTAs, forms, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Partner with design, content, and product marketing to launch new pages, refresh existing ones, and maintain consistent messaging across the user journey
