* Job Description:

** We are looking for an experienced
** Scrum Master
** to join our delivery team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of business value.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Act as a
** Scrum Master
** for one or more Agile teams
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
** Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives
*** Coach team members on
** Agile principles and Scrum framework
*** Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
* Work closely with
** Product Owners
** to manage and refine the product backlog
* Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
* Promote continuous improvement and team self-organization
* Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams
** Required

Skills & Experience:

*** 6+ years of overall IT experience with
** 3–5 years as a Scrum Master
*** Strong hands-on experience with
** Scrum, Agile, SAFe
** methodologies* Experience working with
** JIRA, Confluence**, or similar Agile tools
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
** Certifications (Preferred):**
* ** CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master
** certification* Agile or Lean certifications are a plus
** Nice to Have:
*** Experience in
** Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)
*** Exposure to large-scale Agile transformations
