• Deliver high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to the needs of end users, particularly in the Sales and Marketing area.
• Develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
• Act as a Salesforce subject-matter expert, contributing to training needs analysis, e-learning development, and training assessments.
• Support IT programmes in a technical role where applicable, with a pathway toward Training / Business Change.
• Prepare for a role that starts in a few weeks and requires UK travel.

• Proven IT Systems Training background with experience in Salesforce trainings.
• Capable of delivering training and business change initiatives across disparate user bases.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to standardize learning materials.
