Senior ServiceNow Developer

Globally recognised retailer are revamping and upgrading their Service Now instance. You will play a pivotal role in the immediate Service Now team on an initial 6‑month outside IR35 contract.

Location: Remote / London

As a Service Now Developer, you will:

• Design, build and enhance Service Now applications, modules and integrations.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts and automation.
• Work closely with architects, product owners and process leads to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead technical delivery across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modules (depending on experience).
• Ensure platform best practice, governance and performance standards are met.
• Support the upgrade cycle, patching and platform optimisation.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation, configuration standards and release notes.

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering solutions across one or more of the following:

• ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / HRSD / CSM / Sec Ops

Experience building integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).

Solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
