The Senior Ecommerce Executive will manage day-to-day trading, optimise the website, and drive campaigns to maximise both sales and the customer experience.

• Own daily website trading, making confident, data-driven decisions to boost revenue
• Optimise site KPIs, including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and engagement
• Curate homepage, category merchandising, product launches, and digital storytelling
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless site operations
• Analyse performance and implement improvements to drive continuous growth

• Minimum 2 years’ ecommerce experience, ideally with premium or aspirational brands
• Strong commercial mindset, and data-led decision making
• Hands-on CMS experience and understanding of website management
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, autonomous approach with the confidence to drive change
