Must be able to start within 1-2 weeks Sanderson G&D are seeking a Security Consultant this role revolves around improving organisational security maturity by embedding security into modern engineering and delivery practices. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with advisory capability to uplift people, process, and technology in a sustainable way. Responsibilities:
Assess current security maturity across software delivery and operations. Define target maturity states and prioritised improvement roadmaps. Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows. Improve vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response practices. Implement secure configuration, secrets management, and automation patterns. Develop practical guidance, standards, and 'secure by default' approaches. Coach engineering teams to adopt Dev Sec Ops  practices effectively.

Essential Skills Strong hands-on background in Dev Sec Ops  and modern software delivery.
