Digital Experience Lead

Overview

• Join a design-led luxury business with a strong heritage and a loyal customer base.
• Take ownership of a major website project and shape how the brand shows up digitally.
• Work closely with a small, friendly marketing team covering brand, comms, press, digital, and content.

• Lead delivery of a new website and ongoing optimisation, working with external partners
• Manage day-to-day website updates, content, and performance improvements
• Support digital campaigns across email, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
• Track and report marketing performance, turning KPIs into clear actions
• Coordinate digital content creation, including video support and basic videography workflows
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure digital activity reflects brand standards
• Support digital readiness for a shift towards a more transactional model over the coming period

• Around 4 to 6 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital project delivery
• Proven involvement in a website build, relaunch, or replatform project
• Strong understanding of premium or luxury brand standards and storytelling
• Confidence using data and reporting to improve outcomes
• Hands-on approach, comfortable in a small team with varied work
• Exposure to ERP systems or SAP (advantage, not essential)
