Key responsibilities include:
* Leading development across a C# / .NET backend and React front end
* Acting as technical lead for an 11-person development team
* Setting coding standards, best practices, and architectural direction
* Building and maintaining scalable solutions within an Azure cloud environment

* Collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to shape delivery and roadmap
* Driving performance, security, and reliability across the platform

* Experience with microservices or cloud-native architectures
* Exposure to CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
* Knowledge of platform security, scalability, and performance optimisation
* Previous experience mentoring or line-managing developers
What’s on Offer
* Salary of £70,000–£80,000
* Fully remote role (UK-based, London-aligned)
* Opportunity to lead and shape a growing development team
* Modern tech stack within a cloud-first environment
* Long-term progression within a stable, established business
