Job Title: eDiscovery Senior Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

I am looking for an experienced and technically astute eDiscovery Consultant to join a pioneering legal services firm at the forefront of AI adoption and innovation in the legal industry.

Based in London, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border litigation and investigation matters across the EMEA region, leveraging advanced technologies and modern workflows.

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle eDiscovery projects across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) including:
  Data collection management, ingestions & processing, review management and analytics (CAL and/or TAR), and final productions to clients with quality checks.
• Operate as a daily expert user of Relativity (Rel One) to manage and deliver project milestones effectively.
• Translate complex technical details into clear, layman-friendly explanations for clients and stakeholders.
• Juggle multiple projects across various time zones, with an emphasis on EMEA-based clients.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service.
• Assist in training junior team members and guiding best practices across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

• Minimum 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience with a track record of independently managing complex matters.
• Expertise in Relativity (Rel One) and deep familiarity with other industry-standard eDiscovery tools.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts and hands-on experience with collection, processing, and analytics workflows.
• Experience working at an eDiscovery vendor preferred; law firm experience acceptable.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
