Dev Ops Manager (PHP-Focused)
Location:
London (Hybrid) Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 + Bonus We're looking for an experienced Dev Ops Manager to take a key leadership role across Dev Ops and Development teams within a growing fintech environment. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll define Dev Ops strategy, drive automation, and ensure PHP-based platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available. You'll act as the bridge between development and operations, shaping how software is built, deployed, and operated t you'll be doing Leading and mentoring Dev Ops and Development teams Owning CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and operational reliability Driving automation, scalability, performance, and cost optimisation Partnering closely with engineers to deliver cloud-native solutions What we're looking for
