Permanent I'm supporting a global professional services organisation that is looking to hire an experienced SAP Success Factors Solution Architect to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation programmes. This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, shaping Success Factors solutions that deliver real business value across large, multi-workstream programmes. The role Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP Success Factors, with a strong focus on Employee Central and Time Management Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs Provide oversight across multiple Success Factors modules and delivery streams Ensure alignment between Success Factors work streams, overall programme vision and integrated systems Advise senior stakeholders on best practices, roadmap-driven capabilities and innovation Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping and thought leadership Mentor and develop junior consultants Experience required 10 years of SAP Success Factors experience, including 5 end-to-end implementations Deep expertise in Employee Central plus at least one Talent module Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-module Success Factors programmes Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability Comfortable balancing delivery leadership, strategic advisory and sales support If you're an experienced Success Factors Architect looking for your next strategic role, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
