Enterprise Network Engineer Zscaler​/CISCO​/AWS Networking Services

Hawksworth UK are now hiring a ‘Enterprise Network Engineer’ on a Permanent basis for a Global Fin Tech (Wealth Platforms & Solutions) in London. This is a Permanent role offering up to £75k -£85,000 + 8% Non-contributory Pension scheme, Private Health, hybrid working (1 day per week in the office).

The job:

We’re now on the lookout for an Enterprise Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated network solutions across our global infrastructure. In your role as Network D Engineer, you’ll ensure high availability, performance, and security of network systems, leveraging Dev Ops practices to streamline deployments and operations. The position would suit someone who is a good Enterprise Network Engineer looking to move into more off prem AWS.

Required skills & experience:

• Strong knowledge of AWS networking services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53).
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA).
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Experience configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.
• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting (Python, Terraform desirable).
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with SD-WAN solutions and cloud-based security models.
• Basic understanding of SSO and identity protocols (OIDC, SAML2).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking and service mesh technologies.
