Growth Analyst – Construction SaaS 🚧📊

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling construction SaaS platform that’s transforming how construction projects are run, replacing outdated, paper-heavy processes with smart, connected software.

Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by hundreds of customers across the UK, the business is scaling quickly and now needs a Growth Analyst to help power the next phase of growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s analytical, commercial, and central to how the business scales.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning paid media execution, spending ~30–40% of your time hands‑on in paid channels (with Google Ads as the largest and most important)
  • Setting up, executing and optimising campaigns, with a strong focus on structure, efficiency and ROI
  • Using data, modelling and analytical thinking to understand what’s driving pipeline and revenue across channels
  • Applying AI tools to accelerate execution where appropriate — while knowing when human judgement matters more
  • Working across the wider marketing engine to understand how paid, organic, product and finance interact
  • Synthesising performance data into clear insights that inform spend, prioritisation and growth decisions
  • Helping build a more scalable, predictable growth engine in a lean team where marketing drives the majority of pipeline
What they’re looking for
  • Strong analytical mindset, you think in numbers, systems and trade‑offs
  • Hands‑on experience running paid search at meaningful scale
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end‑to‑end, not just reporting on them
  • Curious, rigorous and commercially minded
  • Experience with Python, R or similar analytical tooling is a strong plus
  • Less focused on creative or copy, more interested in optimisation, modelling and decision‑making
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments where marketing impact really matters
