About the BusinessWe are a long-established clothing wholesaler based in East London, trading successfully for over 45 years.
The business is stable and profitable, and we are now investing in building a new website, upgrading our digital systems, improving social media presence, and using practical AI tools to support long-term growth.
RoleThis is a hands‑on, practical role suited to someone who enjoys building systems first, then maintaining and improving them over time.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the build of a new company website (with external developers where required)
- Manage and improve the website once live
- Support day‑to‑day IT and digital operations
- Manage social media channels
- Use modern AI tools to improve efficiency, content, and communication
- You will work closely with the business owner and coordinate with external specialists when necessary.
- Plan and coordinate the build of a new website (B2B wholesale focused)
- Work with external web developers/designers where required
- Upload products, pricing, images, and stock
- Ensure the site supports online wholesale enquiries and ordering
- Maintain, update, and continually improve the website once live
- Day‑to‑day support for computers, Wi‑Fi, printers, and email systems
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Manage Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook (trade / B2B focused)
- Create and schedule regular posts (new arrivals, offers, promotions)
- Improve visibility and engagement with retail buyers
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Cap Cut AI, automation tools) to create website content and product descriptions
- Write social media captions and marketing content
- Improve email and customer communication templates
- Experience in website setup and management (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Word Press, or similar)
- Experience coordinating website builds with external developers
- IT and digital support experience in a business environment
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Practical experience using AI tools
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Good written and spoken English
- Retail or wholesale experience
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express)
- Long‑established, stable business
