Contract Opportunity - Senior UX Designer – SC Cleared |

Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day a week)

Rate: Up to £575/day (Inside IR35)

We are hiring a Security Cleared Senior UX Designer for a high-profile government-focused digital programme delivering complex Salesforce/SaaS platforms. This is a contract role for an experienced practitioner who can step in quickly, lead UX thinking, and deliver high-quality design outputs in a fast-moving environment.

  Up to £575 per day (Inside IR35)

  Active SC clearance required

You will take ownership of UX across key product journeys, working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to shape intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences across Salesforce/SaaS solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring strong delivery capability and confident stakeholder engagement.

• Lead end-to-end UX design across complex digital products
• Translate user and business requirements into clear experience designs
• Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and interaction specifications
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and UX standards
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects
• Present and defend design decisions with senior stakeholders
• Work within agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer on Salesforce or SaaS platforms
• Strong Salesforce or similar platform-based product experience
• Demonstrable portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and outcomes
• Experience working on government or highly regulated programmes
• Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working at pace on contract delivery timelines
• Active SC clearance
• Portfolio required for submission
• Availability to start quickly
