Job Title: Service Now Senior Developer

Pay Rate: £671 per day inside IR35

Location: Hybrid - occasional travel to London

Contract duration: 31/03/2026

Must have MOD SC clearance

• Demonstrate strong customer and stakeholder‑management skills, acting as a key point of engagement and guidance on the suitability of Service Now for business needs.
• Develop custom Service Now applications.
• Build CPA service functionality to meet user needs and ACOE service requirements.
• Follow industry best‑practice guidelines and contribute to the teams ongoing improvement.
• Write clean, secure, and well‑tested software.
• Coach and mentor more junior colleagues.
• Support the operation of services in production, including identifying and resolving issues.
• Assist in the resolution of operational incidents.

• Linux OS configuration, Shell Scripting, Linux application installs.
• Understanding of AWS Cloud Services.
• Designing and developing Service Now custom applications.
• Service Now architecture.
• Systems and Network Integrations.
• Leading development teams.
