You’ll be joining a global, mission-led organisation that builds data-driven products used by enterprises, financial institutions, governments, and NGOs worldwide. This is a short-term contract where you’re expected to ramp up quickly and make an immediate impact across a complex product portfolio.

In this role, you will create, improve, and maintain clear, user-focused technical documentation that supports internal teams and evolving product features. You’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and QA to translate complex system behaviour into structured, usable content.

• 1.5–2+ years’ experience as a professional Technical Writer
• Product or SaaS environment experience
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation
• Experience drafting release notes, feature articles, and internal product documentation
• Ability to manage your own workload and priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working to existing documentation standards, templates, and style guides

• Product documentation covering system logic, configuration, setup processes, and workflows
• Internal knowledge hubs and documentation repositories
• Release notes and feature documentation
• Visual documentation, including diagrams, charts, and walkthrough videos
• Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams

• Loom video walkthroughs
• Diagramming or image editing tools
• Experience reviewing and restructuring legacy or outdated documentation
• Familiarity with usability testing feedback and iterative content improvement

You’ll be contributing to products that support global, data-led decision-making with real-world environmental impact. The work spans a diverse stakeholder landscape, from large organisations to public-sector bodies, giving you exposure to genuinely meaningful use cases.
