Senior Solution Architect Investment Platforms​/Azure Pension​/Hybri

Hawksworth UK are searching now for a Senior Solution Architect for Investment Platforms for a global Investment Management firm. This opportunity requires good Azure, expert in Solution Architecture with experience of working in Investment firms and with Platforms and management systems such as Bloomberg EMS, FXALL, Trade Web.

The role is Permanent and offering a maximum salary of £170,000 + 10% non-contributory pension + Package.

• In-depth experience in the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry.
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Systems engineering
• TOGAF certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification (Preferred)
• 10+ years working history in technology design or engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture and design
• Advanced practical knowledge of application & infrastructure best practices and standards.
• Financial Services experience / Regulatory environments
• Exposure to at least one portfolio management systems (e.g. Blackrock Aladdin, S&P iLevel, Nasdaq Calypso), execution management systems (e.g. Bloomberg EMS, FXALL, Trade Web) and Investment data management solutions (Finbourne, Golden Souce, Eagle)
• Good understand of Investment data, modern data warehousing concepts and big data platforms.
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts (preferably Azure).
