This role involves designing, implementing, and managing market-aligned compensation programs across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting and corporate compensation experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 8–12 years in compensation roles. The position requires excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Excel.
A master's degree and experience in retail or e-commerce are preferred.
