FTSE Russell is seeking a highly skilled Dev Ops & Environment Manager to lead the automation, configuration, deployment and operational excellence of end-to-end environments in our AWS-based cloud ecosystem. You will establish standards, build the tooling and frameworks to spin up/down environments reliably, ensure integrated post-deployment checks are executed consistently, and oversee monitoring & alerting with low noise and high fidelity.

• Establish environment strategy and standards across AWS.
• Automate environment setup, teardown, and configuration using IaC.
• Integrate automated post-deployment validation and health checks into CI/CD.
• Build monitoring and alerting with minimal false positives.
• Manage and mentor Dev Ops engineers.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
• Ensure operational excellence and secure, scalable cloud environments.

• Deliver end-to-end environment lifecycle automation.
