In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of human judgment and emerging technology—guiding AI models, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure that digital spaces remain safer and more respectful.
What You’ll DoAs a key contributor to the Integrity Operations team, you will:
Quality & AI Training- Review and evaluate AI-generated content moderation decisions for accuracy and policy alignment.
- Create, refine, and maintain “golden sets” of content to calibrate AI performance and vendor output.
- Collaborate with vendor teams: identify gaps, provide feedback, and ensure consistent quality.
- Manage vendor relationships using clear communication, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
- Analyze data to uncover patterns and insights that drive quality initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and tools.
- Work with policy, tech, product, and integrity teams to translate insights into impactful changes.
- Communicate policy rationales and articulate why content should be classified a certain way—helping guide AI systems to better decisions.
- Review and annotate a wide spectrum of content, including material that may be disturbing or graphic in nature.
- 4+ years in content moderation, QA, investigations, or a related field.
- Fluent Vietnamese speaker
- Strong grasp of content moderation policies and operational frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to succeed in regimented, fast-paced, quota-driven environments.
- Experience working with vendors or external partners (preferred).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply complex policies.
- Experience with content moderation platforms & tools.
- Certification in content moderation or quality assurance.
- Background in AI training, chatbot evaluation, or reviewing AI-generated conversations.
- Online customer support experience.
- Demonstrated success navigating ambiguous or rapidly changing workflows.
This opportunity is a contract for 11 months, potential for extension depending on project progress, onsite in London, paying £61,000 per annum pro rata.
