Senior Content Consultant

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Consultant to join a large, complex technology organisation on a contract basis. This is a hands‑on role.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to shape and deliver high‑quality content across multiple channels, translating complex technology and detailed topics into clear, credible narratives for enterprise B2B audiences.

• Interviewing engineers, developers, product leaders, and senior business stakeholders
• Shaping narratives around enterprise platforms, systems, data and AI initiatives
• Writing high‑quality content across:
  • Thought leadership
  • Website content
  • Customer success stories
  • Internal communications & intranet posts
  • Social and campaign content
• Repurposing content across channels while maintaining technical accuracy
• Working within existing CMS tools and communication workflows
• Supporting strategic content initiatives while remaining hands‑on

• Senior, editorially strong content professional
• 8+ years’ experience in content, editorial or communications roles
• Native or near‑native English (essential)
• Strong enterprise B2B writing experience
• Background in technology‑led environments (SaaS businesses or agencies working with tech clients strongly preferred)
• Comfortable working with technical stakeholders (engineering, product, data, platform teams)
• Able to translate complex topics — including Data, AI and platform‑led initiatives — into accessible, authoritative content
• Confident operating autonomously and partnering with senior internal stakeholders
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation is a nice to have
