Lead UX Designer

🚀 Lead UX Designer – Compliance Tech @ Tier One Investment Bank

We’re on the lookout for a Lead UX Designer to help us transform compliance into a one-stop, intuitive experience
. This is not about making things just look good, it’s about creating elegant, functional solutions for some of the most complex applications in financial services.

• Partner with our compliance teams to discover user needs and translate them into smart, scalable design solutions.
• Turn insights into journey maps, personas, prototypes, and wireframes that bring clarity to complexity.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to shape product vision and delivery
  .
• Champion design thinking
  , balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Be an advocate for modern design practices and help build a culture of learning, sharing, and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years in UX/interaction design, ideally across complex web applications
  .
• Experience with AI-powered apps, workflows, or data visualisation is a big plus.
• Strong communicator, able to explain not just what you designed, but why.
• A sharp eye for clean, accessible, responsive interfaces
  .
• Proficiency in Figma (bonus points if you’re comfortable in HTML/CSS/JS).
• Self-starter who knows how to balance priorities and manage workload.
