About the RoleThe Technical Analyst supports internal & external project delivery by owning analytical tasks, developing tools, building analytical & PM skills, and contributing to knowledge development.
Responsibilities- Ownership of analytical tasks
- Development of tools
- Building analytical & PM skills
- Contributing to Knowledge development
- Quantitative degree (Engineering, Maths, Physics, CS, Stats, or similar)
- 3+ years professional experience building production-grade software/data solutions
- Strong Python engineering (beyond notebooks): structure, packaging, testing, debugging, performance awareness
- Strong SQL and data modelling fundamentals
- Ownership mindset: you can take a messy problem, propose a solution, ship it, and support it
- Clear communication and documentation habits
- Fast learning of new technologies
- Databases and data platform experience
Energy markets experience (useful, not required if you learn fast)
