The Role- Act as the Adobe Analytics subject matter expert for a set of clients.
- Lead and support end‑to‑end Adobe Analytics implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, technically sound delivery plans.
- Own day‑to‑day client coordination, roadmaps and issue resolution.
- Present insights, recommendations and progress with confidence and clarity.
- Balance hands‑on work with guiding specialists and shaping delivery standards.
- Contribute to internal improvements across process, tooling and ways of working.
- Support new client conversations by explaining how the consultancy works and adds value.
- Strong commercial experience working with Adobe Analytics at SME level.
- Hands‑on exposure to full Adobe Analytics implementation, including configuration and administration.
- Confident working in Adobe Workspace with metrics, segments and data exploration.
- Ability to translate between business questions and technical requirements.
- Skilled in client communication, expectation management and structured problem solving.
- Comfortable working across analytics, activation and experience rather than a single narrow specialism.
- Desirable experience includes Customer Journey Analytics, CRO planning, GA or GTM exposure, or CDP awareness.
